o USGA Rules shall govern all play.

or prior to the beginning of play, players will play the ball as
it lies.
o Players will be required to walk and carry their
own clubs/equipment. There will be NO CADDIES allowed at any JGJG

o Pull carts are permitted only at the discretion
of the host club and/or committee. Juniors unable to carry their
own equipment should contact the course prior to tournament day
to check whether pull carts will be permitted.
o Littering will not be tolerated. Anyone observed
littering will be disqualified from that particular event, and could
have his/her playing privileges suspended for a longer period of
time.
o Spectators are encouraged to follow their players.
However, they should be seen and not heard! Coaching is strictly
prohibited. Talking to a player may result in the player receiving
a penalty. Spectators should remain in the rough at all times.
o Any player who has taken ten (10) strokes on
a hole and not holed out must pick up his ball and proceed to the
next tee. The fellow competitor keeping his score shall record a
"10" and circle it.
